A story that forms a map, if you like, that describes what a Perfect Day in the life of First Order Red looks like. It explores everything from being on-time and making sure we have the right equipment to our ensuring our professional behaviour. It's a template against which every member of the First Order Red team can measure how close they've come to having a Perfect Day. And if we have a Perfect Day and deliver our service flawlessly, we know that our customers will be satisfied.

But what's the point in setting ourselves the goal of having a Perfect Day if we don't measure our effectiveness in achieving it. On the completion of every job our surveyors, analysts and consultants are assessed to see how close we were to achieving our Perfect Day. And here's the most important part... we never use this information to point out where someone has gone wrong. We use it to find out where we can all improve!
